Echéancier pour la construction de l'école d'Adarsa

Le projet de construction de l'école d'Adarsha, a commencé début janvier 2003 avec un premier versement de 58000 Rn (soit environ 884 €). Il est nécessaire de finir l'école avant l'été et le début de la mousson, c'est pour cela qu'un échéancier précis a été défini par notre partenaire d'UCSS (ci-joint).

Le premier versement a été possible grâce qu concert qui a été organisé au Plan de Ris Orangis le 5 octobre dernier. Ce concert a été rendu possible grâce à notre partenaire "La Halle du Rock" à Evry. Ainsi des groupes tels que les MISTER GANG, House FUN PARTY, High REASON et Capitaine RUBBENPAT qui se sont produits bénévolement. Ce concert nous a permis de recueillir 18% du budget de construction de l'école.

Il nous faut désormais recueillir le reste des fonds tout respectant le planning et pour cela nous comptons organiser des soirées et concerts. Mais pour que cela soit possible, nous avons besoin de l'aide de tous !

Un premier envois de 58000 Rn à été effectué en Janvier, nous avons donc retard de 3 semaines
sur le planning
Nous mettrons bientôt en ligne les premières photos des débuts des travaux.
Le second envoi qui va permettre de finir cette première phase sera effectué avant le 10 février .

Dear Mourad, this is the detailed Phasewise Plans for constrution of our school. We have fixed the dates for the first phase. It is to early to fix dates for the later phases now but the project(all 3 phases) is estimated to complete within 7 months. From ourside we can collect the bugdet (30 % of the total cost) anytime. But we are ready to manage this project according to time period of collection of moeny for this project from you. Please take into consideration that the project must be completed before the rainy season starts which is around middle of June. I have one more question, you replied me on 24th November taht you will send 50,000 Rn to start the project from middle of December. I am confused about the currency; is it 50,000 Nepali rupees or some other currency. For initial arrangements of the project, I am going to Adarsha School tomorrow and will be back after 4-5 days.
